1. Mold tightness detection
In the mold change state, the static and dynamic molds must be in the closed and pressurized state, and the blow molding machine can only be magnetized after the static and dynamic molds are in place; this interlocking control avoids the existence of foreign objects or gaps between the molds and the magnetic suction cups that cause insufficient magnetization strength and affect the safe operation.
2. Magnetic flux detection:
When the quick mold change system is magnetized, the controller detects the magnetizing strength in real time, and only when the magnetizing strength reaches the safety value, the control system reports the magnetizing success signal, otherwise it reports the fault signal. After successful magnetization and during the blowing process, the magnetic flux detection sensor detects the magnetic flux between the magnetic chuck and the mold in real time. As long as the magnetic flux decreases by a small amount, the quick mold change system can quickly issue a fault alarm signal and stop the automatic operation of the blow molding machine. The magnetic flux detection sensors are located in several areas of the electric permanent magnet chuck.
3. Distance detection
The distance detection sensor is used to detect the distance between the mold and the magnetic suction cup, only when the distance between the mold and the magnetic suction cup is less than 0.2mm, the controller can carry out the charging and demagnetizing operation. Otherwise, a fault signal is reported. During the blowing process, when the distance between the mold and the magnetic chuck exceeds 0.2mm due to unexpected circumstances, the quick mold change system reports a fault signal and stops the automatic operation of the blow molding machine.
Temperature detection is used to prevent the demagnetization of the electric permanent magnet chuck due to high temperature, causing the magnetic chuck suction force to drop. When the temperature of electric permanent magnet suction cup exceeds the set temperature, the control system will automatically send an alarm signal and stop the automatic operation of the blow molding machine.
5. Magnetizing current strength detection
When the electric permanent magnet chuck is charged and demagnetized, the control system detects the pulse current of charging and demagnetizing, and only when the required value is reached, the successful signal of charging and demagnetizing is reported.
6. Mold error detection
Mold error sensor detects the position of the mold in real time in the blowing state, when the mold position has a slight slide, the control system can quickly report a fault signal and stop the automatic operation of the blow molding machine.
7. The switch between mold change state and blow molding state adopts key switch, and the demagnetization operation is designed as "demagnetization + lock" double button, only when the two buttons are pressed at the same time, the demagnetization operation is effective to prevent misoperation, and the blow molding state, the demagnetization operation is completely invalid.
8. Safety door closing detection
When changing the mold, the safety door must be closed to protect the operator's safety.
9.
